Refund policy

At Crystal Galeria, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Every crystal and handcrafted product is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.

Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • You receive a damaged product.
  • You receive the wrong product.
  • The item has a manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing crystalgeleria33@gmail.com with:

  • Your Order ID
  • Photos or video of the product
  • Photos of the package (if damaged)

Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.

Items Not Eligible for Return

As our products are natural crystals and handcrafted items, returns are not accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Color, texture, pattern, or natural inclusions in crystals
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer
  • Minor size variations due to handcrafted nature
  • Orders damaged due to improper handling after delivery

Please note that every natural crystal is unique, making slight differences in color, shape, and texture completely normal.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

After verification, we will provide one of the following:

  • A replacement product (subject to availability), or
  • A full refund if replacement is unavailable.

Refunds

Once your return request is approved and the product has been received (if applicable), refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after collecting the required account details.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for products that are:

  • Damaged during transit
  • Incorrectly delivered
  • Manufacturing defective

Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

Natural Crystal Disclaimer

Crystal Galeria specializes in genuine natural crystals. Since each stone is naturally formed, every piece is unique.

Variations in:

  • Color
  • Texture
  • Shape
  • Natural inclusions
  • Surface markings

are normal characteristics of authentic crystals and should not be considered defects.

Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), Crystal Galeria will bear the return shipping cost.

For any other approved circumstances, return shipping charges may be the customer's responsibility.
